The library is available for use by students, alumni and employees of Bluefield State, as well as residents of the community and citizens of the state of West Virginia.
As a member of the Mountain Library Network consortium for West Virginia, we offer our patrons the opportunity to access materials both on our site, as well as at other member libraries.
